What we collect when you get in touch, and what we do with it.

What we collect

When you enquire by WhatsApp, phone or email, we receive the contact details you choose to share along with the trip details you tell us about — destinations, dates, travellers and preferences.

How we use it

We use it to answer your enquiry, prepare an itinerary and quote, and stay in touch about that trip. We do not sell your information.

Sharing with suppliers

To confirm a booking we share the details needed with the hotels, transport operators and local partners involved in your trip, and nothing beyond that.

Your choices

You can ask us at any time to send you what we hold, correct it, or delete it. Reach us on the contact details below.
